Call Transcripts & AI processing
When a call is made through our platform, it may be recorded and transcribed depending on your configuration. You are responsible for ensuring you have obtained the legally required consent from call recipients in your jurisdiction before initiating calls.
Data retention
- Account data — kept while your account is active.
- Call recordings & transcripts — 90 days by default.
- Usage logs — up to 12 months.
You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To make a request, email us at info@voicecorex.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. We limit access to your data to only those who need it to operate the platform. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
