Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter contracts in your country. If you're using Voice Corex on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• Create and deploy AI voice agents for legitimate business communication.
• Use our dashboard, analytics, and API to build and manage call flows.
• Access and export your own call data and transcripts.

• Make automated calls without the legally required consent from recipients.
• Call individuals on Do-Not-Call registries without a legal exemption.
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive communications.
• Impersonate any person, company, or government entity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform or infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to Voice Corex without our written permission.

Voice Corex provides the technology; you are responsible for how you use it. This means:

• Obtaining all legally required consents before placing AI-powered calls.
• Disclosing to recipients that they are speaking with an AI where the law requires it.
• Honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests promptly.

You own the scripts, contact lists, and call flows you create. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate the Services for you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

Voice Corex is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that AI outputs will always be perfect. Use it at your own discretion.

You can stop using Voice Corex at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or if we're required to by law. We'll try to give you 30 days' notice for any other reason.

We may update these Terms when needed. We'll notify you by email for any material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
